4 months following a bilateral upper blepharoplasty. This patient had a congenital vascular lesion of her left upper eyelid which resulted in eyelid asymmetry. She underwent a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to improve symmetry and address mild right upper eyelid dermatochalasis.
