6 months following a revision deep plane facelift.
The patient had a prior traditional facelift by another surgeon and was left with widened scars and “pixie ear deformity,” which is the elongation of the earlobes from excess tension on the skin. The goals of the revision surgery were to correct these issues, while improving the neckline and repositioning her tissues in a more vertical and youthful manner.
